As Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build an in-house marketing and communications function from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape our public voice, tell authentic stories, and help us grow our presence in a competitive care market.

Responsibilities
As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will:
- Bring our brand to life across digital platforms.

- Build trusted communications with staff, families, partners, and communities.
Qualifications

- Has experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation.
- Writes with clarity and can adapt tone to suit different audiences.
- Understands how to build engagement online.
- Can design basic visual assets to support campaigns.
- Is organised, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Enjoys building something new and innovative.
- Shares a connection with their mission to support communities and individuals in need.
Experience in the care, health, or charity sectors is a bonus, but passion and creativity are what matter most.
Day-to-Day
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the company websites to ensure they reflect the right values and services.
- Creating engaging content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Producing compelling stories, visuals, and promotional materials.
- Supporting PR efforts, news stories, and stakeholder communications.
- Promoting events and fostering community engagement.
- Developing content calendars and ensuring brand consistency.
- Contributing to the long-term marketing strategy as the organisation grows.
