Deputy Supported Housing Manager - Young People's Services (Eastbourne)

Salary: £33,550 per annum

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, one late shift per week, one weekend shift per month, plus on-call

Deputy Supported Housing Manager - Eastbourne Pivotal People is recruiting a Deputy Supported Housing Manager for a respected charity providing 24/7 supported accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness in the Eastbourne area.

You'll help young people feel safe, understood, and supported as they build towards independent living.

Working alongside the Supported Housing Manager across sites in Eastbourne and Hailsham, you'll use trauma-informed approaches to support residents in developing life skills and working towards independent futures.

A hands-on Deputy Supported Housing Manager who leads by example and builds a positive team culture.

This 12-month contract offers up to £59,000 for 35 hours per week and would suit an experienced clinician with strong dysphagia skills and a background in neurological rehabilitation.
