Deputy Manager (RGN) – Nursing Home

Location: near Reigate, RH2, Surrey – set in beautiful countryside
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 (DOE)

We’re recruiting a clinically strong Deputy Manager for a well-regarded 36-bed nursing home set in beautiful countryside near Reigate.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive clinical governance and CQC compliance, mentor the team, and stay visible on the floor. 

Ward Manager — we’re looking for an RMN or RNLD with heart, grit and clinical expertise to lead a specialist ward in a state-of-the-art neurorehabilitation centre in the York area.
