Job Type: Full-time permanent - 3 to 4 shifts per week
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm, including alternate weekends

Salary: £13.62 per hour plus incentives

The Role of Care Assistant - Days
We are hiring for a respected residential nursing home in Lincolnshire that provides personal care, nursing, and dementia care for elderly residents. The home is focused on raising standards, strengthening the team, and providing genuinely person-centred care.
The Care Assistant - Days role on days is essential for daytime operations. As a Care Assistant, you'll provide direct support to residents, helping them with daily living activities and maintaining their dignity and wellbeing throughout the shift. You'll work as part of a team, supporting residents in all aspects of their care needs whilst maintaining the highest standards of person-centred practice. What's On Offer
The Money:
- £13.62 per hour plus incentives
- £700 sign-on bonus, paid after three months employment
- Annual performance-related pay increases up to 8%, in addition to any cost-of-living increase
What You'll Be Doing as a Care Assistant - Days:
- Provide the highest possible level of care, supporting residents in all aspects of daily living
- Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, and eating
- Promote residents' independence with a focus on choice, dignity, and respect
- Champion residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
- Complete daily charts to a high standard, achieving 90% and above in monthly audits
- Maintain 100% currency with all mandatory training throughout the year
- Work as a Care Assistant to ensure continuity of excellent day-time care
What We're Looking For in A Care Assistant - Days
You have clear motivations and relevant care experience. You're committed to delivering quality care and passionate about supporting elderly residents. We're seeking a Care Assistant who can hit the ground running and become a valued member of the team.
